To browse the online store, use the main navigation menu (visible at the top as well as bottom part of the page) which has the names of the different product categories – Handmade Soap, Skin & Hair Care Oil, Special Products and Essential Oil.

Once you click on a product, it will take you to the product details page. You’ll get the product description and photos there.

Press ADD TO CART button to add the item to your CART. A system generated message will pop up informing that the product has been successfully added to the CART. From there you may finalize your shopping and go to CART for completing your purchase or, browse for another product. If you go to the CART, it will take you to the final checkout process. Continue Shopping will redirect you to the MAIN PAGE for more shopping experience.

On the CART, you will be able to see the status of your order – item(s) added to the CART, quantity of the item(s) & the total amount. You have the option to remove an item you have decided not to buy or make changes to the product quantity. If you wish to browse for more items, you simply need to browse categories from the menu.

Before moving to CHECKOUT, if you have any discount/promotional coupon, please place the coupon details in the ‘Promotional Coupon’ box listed under Apply Points/Credits/Gift Card tab to get your discount. Now you may click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button located at the right side of the page.

Please insert your name, phone number and shipping address carefully. Shipping address is where you want your order to be delivered. Please ensure that you are providing the complete and correct address detail in order to get the product delivered on time.

Once you click PLACE ORDER, you will be notified via confirmation SMS/email (your preferred contact method) that your checkout process is done.

পছন্দের পণ্যের ওপর ক্লিক করলে সেই পণ্যের তথ্যসমৃদ্ধ পেইজে আপনাকে নিয়ে যাবে। সেখানে ঐ পণ্যের বিস্তারিত তথ্য ও একাধিক ছবি দেখতে পাবেন।

Add to CART এ চাপ দিলে পণ্যটি আপনার CART এ চলে যাবে। স্ক্রিনে আপনি একটি বার্তা পাবেন। আর আপনি এখানেই আপনার কেনাকাটা শেষ করতে চাইলে CART এ চলে যেতে হবে। আবার চাইলে আপনি অন্যান্য পণ্য দেখতে পারেন।

CART পেইজে আপনি আপনার অর্ডারের বিস্তারিত তথ্য পাবেন। আপনার নির্বাচিত পণ্যের পরিমান ও দাম দেখা যাবে এবং প্রয়োজনবোধে তা পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন বা, সংশোধন করা যাবে। এ অবস্থাতেও আপনি চাইলে আবার অন্যান্য পণ্য দেখতে পারবেন।

আরও সামনে আগানোর আগে দেখে নিন আপনার কোন ডিসকাউন্ট বা, গিফট কুপন আছে কিনা। থাকলে সেটা নিশ্চিৎ করে Proceed to Checkout এ চাপ দিন।

সতর্কতার সাথে আপনি আপনার নাম, মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর এবং ঠিকানা লিখুন। এই ঠিকানাতে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে আপনার পছন্দের পণ্যটি আপনার কাছে পাঠানো হবে।
